HIGH PERFORMANCE SCREW AND BARREL : The screw is manufactured from SACM alloy steel, nitride treated for maximum wear resistance. Specially designed screw assures superior mixing and extruding capacity. The barrel is manufactured from SACM alloy steel, nitride treated for maximum wear resistance.

HYDRAULIC SCREEN CHANGER:The extruder employs a hydraulic screen changer, providing maximum convenience for screen change.

EXTRUDER:There are 14 heating zones on the extruder. The extruder is driven by AC motor with inverter control.

EXTRUSION DIE :The extrusion die is manufactured from SACM alloy steel, Single / Double flow channel in the extrusion die is hard chrome plated. The extrusion is provided with both heating and cooling arrangements to facilitate start-up and rapid adjustment of the product quality. The extrusion die is designed for maintaining stability under high pressure and high pressure and high temperature.
