  The machine employs reflective photocell sensor combined with servo system for accurate positioning. It eliminates repetitive error on sealing position, yet provides high cutting accuracy. Sealing film raises automatically when machine is stopped (Patent No. 42360). Micro-computer accurately sets product length and allows for length increase up to 1200 mm. The production speed is varied as desired from 0 to maximum speed. The EPC on unwinder provides accurate control for edge smoothness. The machine employs power clutch for controlling material tension, which is adjustable to meet material thickness variation.
