New type stable PP-R pipe production line is a new generation pipe production line developed by adopting updated German technology, it overcomes the defects of common PP-R pipes such as high expansion coefficient, bad anti-tardily variation, very easy to deform. Inner layer of pipe products is the common pipe extruded, after it is coated with aluminum foil, then coated by a PP-R out layer, the foil layer is stick to plastic layer using hot-melt glue.
Production is made up of PP-R inner layer molding unit, aluminum foil molding, glue coating unit and out PP-R extrusion molding unit, etc. The products have the characteristic such as anti-high-temperature, easy joining and small thermal- expansion-coefficient (0.4mm/m�?, quarter of that for common pipe), powerful anti-press intensity, anti-ultraviolet radiation, good anti-strike at low temperature, which expand the application range for common PP-R pipe.
