This tapeline is self-designed, uses micro-processor control and silicone controlled DC governor. It mainly passes Extruder, special-designed fiber-out board and die, cooled in water tank and taken-up by 5-roller, then heated in hot water tank, get stretching and shaping by 7-roller, finally became smooth & neat cylinder by Magnetic Tape Winder. It is mainly used to produce plastic circular fiber with high strength, which are for weaving the tape of container bags.
